Start with the product, audience, and objective
Before choosing a model or generating at scale, record the product's purchase reasons, substantiated facts, target market, and content objective. Every script can then trace back to the same source of truth.
Do not introduce unverified sales, performance, or certification claims. When evidence is missing, use a demonstration or functional description.
Design creative variants as comparable batches
Change only one or two primary variables per batch—such as the hook, presenter, setting, or CTA. Keep product facts stable so performance changes remain interpretable.
- Keep a task ID and source assets for every variant
- Record account and privacy choices before posting
- Compare performance over consistent time windows
Place review gates between speed and control
High-risk claims, unfamiliar markets, sensitive categories, and first-use accounts need stricter review. Proven low-risk templates can use lighter sampling.
Measure data by the decision it enables
Views, click-through rate, comments, orders, and revenue answer different questions. Define the next decision first, then select the metric closest to that decision.
